Refund policy

Returns & Refunds: We now accept returns within 2 weeks (14 days) of purchase for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and contained within its original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Postage: Customers are required to pay for their return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at windchimesoutdoordecor@gmail.com or call us at 1-513-225-3355 during normal business hours of 9am-5pm EST, Monday to Friday.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at windchimesoutdoordecor@gmail.com or call us at the number provided above to initiate the exchange process.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
